Refund Policy
Recordings
Editors Canada webinar recordings are only eligible for exchange within 3 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your recording and would like to request an exchange, please email info@editors.ca. If your purchase is approved for an exchange, you will be able to choose another Editors Canada webinar recording of equal value as reimbursement. There are no refunds on webinar recordings.
Live Sessions
Editors Canada live webinars are eligible for refund to the original form of payment up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. There is a $10 administration fee for webinar cancellation. If you would like to request a refund, please email info@editors.ca.
If there is a presenter cancellation, all registrants are eligible for a full refund without an administration fee. In this case, and for any other questions about our webinar refund policy please email info@editors.ca.
