Working with survivors of trauma requires sensitivity and understanding. As an editor guiding authors through their trauma-laden writing, it’s important to create a safe and supportive environment and to lead with compassion.
This webinar draws from firsthand experience and trauma-informed principles to help editors understand the personal impacts of trauma and learn how to foster trust, minimize harm and amplify survivors’ voices without retraumatization.
