Book Coaching is a relatively new profession that has sprung up in recent years to replace the support publishing houses no longer provide to writers. But how does book coaching differ from the services editors provide? Can anyone call themselves a book coach, and what exactly do they do for writers? A vibrant community of book coaches is growing around the world, creating a referral network to and from editors to get writers the support they need at the right stage of their writing journey. Author Accelerator Certified Book Coaches Dinah Laprairie and Suzy Vadori will give you a glimpse into this growing profession, show where editing overlaps with their work, and explain how they work with editors to help writers reach their book-writing dreams.
